Very professional kind and knowledgeable team, starting from the front desk. Genesis, one of the nurses that check your pressure, weight etc, was quick and extremely polite. Thanks for making me comfortable. My appointment was with doctor Cole Li and he was great, he answered all my questions and doubts. The clinic is in a great location, well connected to transportation and pretty easy to find. I love to find clean offices and this one is definitely one of them. Ciao and Thanks

I found Umbrella Health on Zocdoc after struggling to find a provider who accepts my insurance and I'm glad I found it! Dr. Mccall was very nice, as were the rest of the staff. I was in and out very quickly (and they got me in early!) and felt that the doctor was really attentive and caring in that short time. I had an insurance hiccup and the desk team was very quick to get info and let me know what I needed to know. I'd also called before with questions and got a fast and kind response. It's also a really clean and comfortable space. Overall this was one of the more pleasant medical experiences I've had, and I look forward to making future appointments at Umbrella Health!

As a first timer my experience was wonderful! The wait time wasn’t long at all and the space was very clean and inviting. Donieta checked me in super fast and she was very kind and funny. Dr. McCall was super welcoming and understanding and gave me all the blood work I requested! My EKG came back abnormal and she was attentive and requested it be ran again to rule anything out. Genesis did my blood work and she was super gentle. I have tiny veins and this was the first time I have gotten it effectively out of my arm and not my hand! I was so surprised. Umbrella Health as a whole was an excellent experience, especially as someone new to NYC and trying to find a PCP. I will recommend this facility to many.

The place and staff were extremely calming, pleasant and thorough with everything. Dr. Li was very understanding with my history, concerns and experience. Shout out to Carlos who handled the medical machinery and customer service with ease. Lab tech and front desk were pleasant as well Will be coming back for my health for sure.

Dr Cale li is amazing! And his service provided was very helpful. Front desk did a really great job I wish I remembered her name but she is amazing! Generally I’d recommend this any day anytime to anyone.
